Our Edge had recall work needing to be performed. Scheduling the appointment was very easy. The staff was very courteous and the work was done in the time we were told it would take.

I purchased a Truxedo tonneau cover because the SnugTop that I paid for is unavailable at this time, Lu was very helpful and was more than accommodating even though it cost him money because he didn't check what the installation price was, I'm thinking that Ford Accessories division should reimburse him for the disparity in the published pricing and what the service department actually charges.

It took a while to get all of the parts they needed but once they were ready the work was done quickly, correctly and as promised. Once they started, I really expected the job to take them longer than it did. Great job!

Every time I go there I get great service. The staff is very helpful. They treat you with respect. You do not feel like a number. The staff is very patience with me. I ask many questions. Being a widow, I am very hesitate in what I do now. I recommend Coggin to any ford person to use their service center. You will not be disappointed.
