Quick service and turnaround.

Paul was great ! This was one of the easiest deals I had buying a car.

Customer service is great, and they looked at my truck 2 days faster than Sanford ford could have!!!

They replaced windshield blades.

Paul C. at the Coggins DeLand Ford was exceptional. He walked us through all aspect of purchasing our car.....test driving, facts about car, payments, warranties, etc. everything we needed....and much more. The closing gentleman (forgot his name) was extremely efficient and helpful as well. We Have to go back to the dealership in a couple days to work on the 3rd row seat. It worked at the dealership but when Paul C. got it back to our house, it wasn't working....so Paul C. is taking care of that issue when we go back (we purchased the car late on a friday so we are going back this following monday.This is our second vehicle purchased at Coggins Ford and we will continue to go back should we need another car.By the way, Steve in the service department is excellent!!!!!! We have been servicing our cars through him for over 9 years.

We had a pleasant experience in the waiting area reading the newspaper and watching tv.

Our service adviser "Jennifer" was great as we had 2 vehicles in on consecutive weeks. We really appreciated the use of a loaner vehicle while waiting for parts. Work was done correctly and on time.

I arrived at 9:45 for a 10:00 appt. Oil change and tire rotation. Service technician recommended other service needs. I added an air filter. I left at 12:45. Three hours is too long!
