Fast service. Only issue was didn't fix the problem with door locks. Took it back and they finally figured out it was the battery. If they would have listened when we dropped it off the first time it would have been fixed.

This is my 2nd ford purchase from Deland Ford in 9 months. I can’t tell you how easy it was to work with Don “Lucky”. I found a truck that was at the Jacksonville coggin store. I emailed Lucky Saturday night really late and first thing Monday am he called me . I was able to put a refundable deposit down to have the truck shipped down and it was at Deland Ford Tuesday at 10:30am. I call that speedy service !!!! The truck is exactly was I was looking for and bought it on the spot ! Everyone who we dealt with during the buying process is top notch . I Would highly recommend Lucky as your next salesperson at Deland Ford when looking for a new or used vehicle!!
