I had my vehicle serviced at Coggin DeLand Ford and had to wait an extended time for the work to be completed, which was due to the shorthanded crew. The work tech advised me of the situation and I advised him I understood the problem. It seems every business is going through the same thing. I still would recommend Coggin DeLand Ford because they are reliable and quick to help. I have been dealing with them for more than 14 years and have purchased two f150's from them.

Lucky was very helpful in calling me when he had a Bronco on lot. When picking up the car Lucky had to take vehicle back to detailing shop because they missed the front of Bronco! After taking it home we realized interior was not detailed at all and some areas on exterior was not done at all. Happy with Lucky and Bronco but not happy after spending $54,000 that NEW BRONCO was not detailed as I would have thought from a Ford dealership! So now I have to spend $300 to get my New Bronco detailed at another shop! Final product is what makes a dealership!!
