The least headache causing experience there in 5 years. Customer care/manners same. No smile, no greeting, looks like everyone hates their job. I DREAD going in there. Job was done with nothing broken so that was a good change.

Took my f150 in cause windows wouldn't go dwn,thought it was the main driver side that went bad,but it wasn't..They had told me that the plug had came lose and fell out and all they had to do was plug it back in..So why charge me $170 just to plug it back in? I always bring my truck there for repairs..But really puzzled me..

Ordered my 22 Bronco almost a year ago. Saved almost all money to put down. They would not accept the 30,000. Could not get any bank to approve the amount left. Why because I guess because I'm not a important person. That was sad it's all about the money.
