Everything was spot on...

I had an issue with my new 2021 Edge. It involved a chip that needed to be replaced. Initially I was told it would take 3 days to come in. After about two weeks I decided to stop by and check on it. I was told it was back ordered and the service writer was about to call me when I showed up. Not much more they could have done except for a heads up call saying the part was backordered. Other than that, all is well.
