I made an appointment online and the service advisor was waiting when I got there. Work was completed in a timely manner. From start to finish it was about 45 minutes.

I received a complementary detailing coupon. I called to set up an appointment with Rick the person whose name was on the coupon and was told Rick had retired but they would honor the free coupon that was valued at $200.00. When I went to pick the car up, I couldn't believe my eyes. The car looked brand new, inside and out. Great job Coggin!
