I had my zFord Flex serviced. And repaired. No problem. They called to tell me what was wrong, I gave permission to fix and they called me to explain what was done and when it was ready to be picked up. 5 star rating. Yhanks

Would have given them 5 stars except for three things: 1) The first sales person I dealt with was arrogant and gave info that was not correct Todd Labuzienski. 2) Your tracking system for inbound vehicles is horrific and based on the impact Henry Ford had on the Lean Management system totally unacceptable. 3) I do not understand why a front tag bracket was not offered that is almost standard at dealerships in our area. Bruce Johnson the GM was a consummate professional and a pleasure to deal with as was the sales representative who Helped us thru the final closing and truck set up. I apologize for not knowing his name but they both deserve recognition. This is the second truck y family has bought from this dealership in Deland.
