I have been taking my car to Ford DeLand for seven years. I have always had a pleasant and professional experience including this last time. The personnel are friendly, yet competent. Randy was great. He told me approximately when my car would be ready, and it was. The mechanic have always done a terrific job of letting me know what needs to be done, and what needs to be done at certain mileage. I give your company a 5 star.

Every employee was very accessible and ready to answer any questions. The amount of time for the work was perfect.
