Excellent attitude and was directed to an “unknown to me” handicapped area. Good going, guys! I won’t take my car anywhere else.

Very pleasing experience overall. Lou was a great sales representative. The financial person I would fire if he was my employee. Not customer friendly at all. Neither I or my wife liked dealing with him and almost walked out on the deal. His integrity was lacking that much! But again, the buying experience was tremendous thanks to Lou. We feel we got a great car at a reasonable price.

My only comment is that my car sat in waiting lane for at least 1/2 hour after my appointment with no explanation to me.
