Coggin Ford Deland try’s hard to provide exceptional service. They are excellent in their desire to provide professional and timely service. I’d rate this at five stars if the automated service scheduling actually worked. Twice in the past eight months (two separate routine services) emails were received advising upcoming service needs. I used the provided link and scheduled future service. I received a confirmation email/number in return. Upon arrival at the Service department for the scheduled service, they had no knowledge of the appointment. I spoke with Jason the service manger on both occasions, assured me he would look into the situation. For hearing impaired customers this is a great convenience if it actually worked.
