Jennifer was excellent keeping us updated about our part for our suv, which took almost one year to get. It was obviously not made in the USA! Ford products need to be made here in the USA!!! Because of this, we will thick twice about buying another Ford, which we have been buying for the past 50 years! It was not Coggins DeLand Ford fault, it’s Ford Company. Jennifer was very helpful getting it fixed and very knowledgeable and professional.
