Arrived to dealership and vehicle was taken in at scheduled time. Less than one hour to complete service and on my way.

The whole experience was positive and timely. The only thing I would have liked that would have improved was to bring up and address recalls. In my prior visit at DeLand Ford , recall 23c35 was to be performed but it was not ready from Ford -this was my Dec 2, 2023, service visit. No mention was made this time around and I had not remembered to ask. Our other car is an Audi and they always look at the recall record anytime I'm in for service and take care of it first thing.
