Jennifer was my service advisor. She listened to all my concerns and thoroughly explained everything to me. There were no surprises, and she made sure I didn't pay for anything I didn't need. I brought my vehicle back the day after getting it back from the dealership because I noticed a part had not been put back on my car properly. After some investigating, she let me know that Coggin had not touched the part in question, and it was the last place I took my vehicle to for an oil change who left the part out of place. She was still happy to take care of the issue and get me back on the road. Jennifer made me feel valued and for that reason, I will be returning.
