John , my tech was great, kept me informed and explained my service to me in layman's terms.The price was high and I think y'all could be more reasonable, but that seems to be the norm with dealerships.

Some confusion about valet service. First told they would pick up, then told I was outside the limit, then they showed up at my house to pick up. The service is great for someone like me (elderly) who lives alone and would need to make arrangements with friend. I do not prefer to sit in the service lobby. I truly appreciated the valet service. Thank you!
