Valet pick up and delivery service was excellent. Service rep called to let me know status of my vehicle during service. Only fly in the ointment is that diagnostic of my one issue, possible transmission issue, could not be done at the time of my service. A two to three day timeframe to do this diagnostic will be required which makes for a serious inconvenience for me.
