The service department and representatives were great. She stayed in touch with me and kept me apprised of the service. Vehicle was done within a timely manner and overall it was 5 stars. the issues I had are with the 3rd party companies used for the scheduling and recall notices on my vehicle. I was told several different stories as to the recall, parts availability and information on my vehicle. Also I had a air filter changed and I feel the fee for the filter was excessive. It does not take an hour to unclip the filter housing and replace a filter. I have no issue with being charged for the filter. But I was there on a recall as well a service (oil, rotate tires etc.). I would assume the hood was raised for the oil change as well as replacement of the motor for the windshield wiper (recall). SO to charge an hour of labor is just plain wrong, not a good way to earn repeat and build a long term business relationship. Understand the service advisor was the only reason I am giving a high rating on my experience. She was friendly as I stated and very professional. You owe her for the rating you all got.

Great service

I found a truck I liked at a Coggin dealership. After messaging my salesman the truck was there for me to test drive the next day.

All employees were extremely helpful and polite. This is the first time I have used the valet service and want to thank you for this fantastic convenience.
