It was easy to schedule and the wait was not long

I'm amazed, that I come in for a stack of recalls an oil change and a mini detail, that was a teaser for a service appointment, Jenifer offered to rotate thr tires (guessing it's easier to check the brakes lining with the tires off)all that got done was the oil change and the tire rotation, now we have yet another day of waiting for the service technician to show up.
