The whole process was great! I saw a pre-owned vehicle on the lot I really liked. I went in and spoke with sales specialist Paul Cienciato. He set me up with a test drive. When I came back I asked him to run the numbers for me, including my trade, and get back with me as I needed to get on to work. He soon presented me with a great deal. Finance Manager Shay finished the process with everything I desired and more. Thank you gentlemen. It was a pleasure.

Slow to provide info — if I didn’t call repeatedly I would not find anything out. HOWEVER, they were busy moving things along without letting me know so even if I was not aware, progress was being made. And things were done faster than I was led to expect, although it took a week to know when I should expect anything

I brought my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance and was provided with excellent customer service.

Excellent job by the service advisors Steve and John, and the tech who replaced the parts. Disappointed with the outside condition the vehicle was in. The vehicle was dropped off on Friday morning but was not worked on until Monday, and was parked in a location for 3 days where birds congregated and dropped their loads on the vehicle. I will come back to Coggin for service, but I will never again leave the car there overnight.
