Returning to the US after a deployment with the Army Reserve. I had been gone for approximately a year, upon picking up my vehicle I had notice an issue that I couldn’t really explain. The Service Writer or Manager greeted me immediately and listened to my concern. The best piece was he was he was patient and didn’t interrupt, great listening skills. He repeated back to me my concern then immediately reassured me about the possible repair. Courteous and quick to react he received my vehicle in less than 15 minutes and I was on my way. Communication there after was excellent as well whereas I received a call 2 hours later that the vehicle had been evaluated. I was actually under warranty for the repair. I usually use the aftermarket for maintenance but I stated for him to please conduct the 30k service. I didn’t ask price due to being so happy with the customer service and the fact FORD was standing behind their product. Upon retrieving my vehicle I was pleasantly surprised at the billing…. So surprised I checked the aftermarket and found the price point was $140.00 dollars less and conducted by FORD certified technicians with motor craft parts. I believe the gentleman’s name was Jason. This is not my first great experience at this dealership and I intend to continue.
