All staff was friendly and professional. Even though it was much more expensive than you could buy online, I didn’t really mind paying $70 for each key fob, or even the $179 programming fee, but paying $75 for a duplicate regular key that I could get for less than $5 at a hardware store really felt excessive. I could understand if it was a coded chip key, but it was just a regular key.

I had an issue with my tire. They took the car in immediately and I was out there within an hour. Tire was repaired.

Everything was fine,EXCEPT I had to go to the dealership to make an appointment after trying by phone on three different times. I found out you have a call center in Georgia. Not the greatest in customer service.

The best part of the experience was my sales man, Dorion. I came in an hour from closing on a Friday night to look at a used vehicle I found online. I was so set on that car but after the test drive, I wasn’t happy. I was determined to leave empty handed, but Dorion and the finance team were able to find a car better than what I came in for. They pulled this all off late on a Friday night.
