I have noticed a superb improvement in the service department at Coggin Ford. Service advisor. Jennifer kept me up-to-date on the progress of my vehicle and all the service advisor seem very helpful. Service manager Jason P. Appears to be running a very tight ship. Appreciate your service very much.

Scheduled truck for a transmission repair, arrived a.m. and transmission service technician called in sick and repair rescheduled for next day.Left truck & next day got message water pump repair also needed done.Ok’ed this repair and picked up truck next day.Both repairs were expensive but, Coggins dealership repairs with warranties leaves you with a good feeling.
