Super quick, easy and great people

Unlike past experiences, this time they redeemed themselves. The valet service was excellent! The price was reasonable. Communication was excellent. I didn’t have to spend 4-5 hours in the showroom waiting for my truck to be done.

Jennifer was awesome. I appreciated her so much and working with her. Getting through to the service department was really frustrating. There's got to be a better system to get in touch when your car is in the shop. I left MULTIPLE messages and (because things are so busy), it's tough to get a call back sometimes. The text system is great, but, again, because things are so busy... it's tough to get a response.
