Your service representative Jennifer is an excellent ambassador for you and for Ford. But I am waiting on a part from Ford, and trying to be patient.Because the warranty problem is not fixed, I cannot comment beyond the treatment to date.

Very happy w/my experience. Easy to make an appointment, Jim Ponterio was vey personable and business like in listening to my requests. IThe multipoint inspection was very helpful and my visit was a good one.
