Besides an oil-and-filter change and tire rotation, which were performed to Coggins Ford usual high standards, the service assessed the noise intensity of the rear wheel bearings in my 2004 Mercury Mountaineer. It was very faint and the replacement Ford parts are now obsolete. Since no immediate action was necessary, my Service Advisor, Mr. Steve Chuzas, provided me with a list of Ford dealerships across the U.S. that had the obsolete original Ford parts in stock. He suggested that I acquire them and deliver them to Coggins Ford for installation. This wise council and kind cooperation is why I've relied on Coggins Ford to service this vehicle for more than 10 years.

Only went to look and Dallas was so nice we decided to get an f150 lightning. Management team was great. Jen is finance got us out the door happy.

Overall, it was the best sales experience from start to finish. I've purchased a dozen of cars that last 10 years, and Coggin was the best. Shout out to everyone there. Dorion made it happen with the help of others. Both managers I worked with during the process were great too! When it came to a close, the last part in Finance was a great experience as well. From beginning to close, best experience hands down. I won't go anywhere else. They earned a customer for life.
