I live in Eustis FL a mile away from the Ford Dealer here.I drive to your Deland location because of the Professionalism and quality of your people and service. The first time you all looked at my Truck a Tech came out and personally assured me my ford F150 was if top shape and explained why. Also he instructed your team not to charge me.The second time was just as good, pulled in with tailgate latch that was broken and I had locked bed cover. The Tech took it right back opened so I could get into, ordered a replacement, and drove back the next day for a quick repair. Your team took it right back.Your service personal from top to bottom is the most professional team I've dealt with in 45 years of driving. I hate any service department, however I'll drive and hour and half round trip anytime. You all changed my mind.And I do not ever take the time to fill these things out..Thank you for the great experience there.I'll be back
