Great service

Communication was challenging. When you have a vehicle for over a week I would expect and end of week recap without having to reach out.

It was quite a good experience. I didn't immediately need repairs. The nature of the repairs indicated it would be at least two days. I am pleased with the outcome. I would have given 5 stars if the service advisor had called after day 2 to indicate it would be longer as a follow-through communication. Although, I am not upset that he didn't.
