My experience was seamless as usual. Very easy Service Personnel to deal with. They are very knowledgeable and transparent upfront. Even though they didn't he the part needed, they still managed to get the part and finish oil change and tire rotations, and deliver the vehicle within 2 hours.

Found the car online. Emailed and exchanged texts with the dealership over a couple of weeks getting answers to questions about features and condition of the car. Visited the dealership and made the purchase.The car was clean and well prepared for delivery. The staff was friendly and helpful.Only two negative comments: there was only one key for the car and no method of obtaining a second key was offered after my inquiry; and being a used car of a different brand than the dealership, the sales staff was not familiar with operation of all the features.Overall, very pleased.
