Came in with a window that was stuck (previous recall). I was told it would be $1400. After discussing and holding off on paying it due to holidays, we discussed getting the window back up for the time being. After waiting another half hour, I’m alerted my car is ready. That’s when I’m told they won’t bring the window back up.. So nothing was resolved and I payed a fee for nothing that was done other than being told what I already knew. It wasn’t a problem to bring the window up until they changed their minds.

It was positive and Sam did his best to get us into a new truck and back on the road in one vist. 6 hours later we where on the way home. Most of the issues were internet related and on our end. A few supply issues that were dealt with. On the roof racks we didn't notice the cross bars were missing until we got home. But I sure that will be taken care of. We like our new Ridgeline a lot.
