We had a great experience when purchasing our Certified 2023 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport. There were no pressure tactics, gimmicks or items added to the price of the vehicle. We received a generous trade in allowance and a good sales price on the CRV. Our salesman Sam was very helpful, as was manager Santiago and finance guy Donnie.. Later, we were assisted by manager Raul in obtaining some missing emblems and tire repair kit. All staff we dealt with were courteous and welcoming.

Bobby Bunton is the most incredible salesman. I contacted four or five dealerships before contacting Coggin looking for a specific vehicle in a certain color with specific features. The only one that was able to find one for me was Bobby Bunton at Coggin. Bobby located the car at a different dealership in a different city and Bobby went so far as to arrange the car that I wanted shipped to Coggin within 24 hours. I call that SERVICE!When we went to pick up the vehicle, Bobby was waiting for us at the front door and welcomed us in. After completing some paperwork, Bobby took us outside to where our new car was and explained in great detail all the new features that this car had in comparison to my 16-year-old Honda. He invited us to contact him at any time if we needed advice and also led us to a Honda website that contained videos of the specific features of our new car and how to operate them.A day or two after bringing the car home I had several questions, so I contacted Bobby by text message, and he replied to me the same day with answers to the questions that I had.I could not have asked for a better experience or a better salesman.
