Kelly Stover was wonderful but the mechanic had marked on the review sheet that he had checked my spare tire but was my trunk was full. But he had not. So it makes me wonder if he had marked other things fine and had not actually checked. The whole reason why I questioned it was because it was marked that my battery was fine but yet I was told it needed to be replaced immediately. I am going on a trip during the summer and I need to be sure that my car is safe for me to drive.

The Team provided us with the price we wanted, figured out our Lease Trade-In and made the paperwork/finalization process very quick.

You guys quickly and effectively diagnosed a number of issues with my 2009 Pilot EX, some hidden, and several that another service center did not and should have been obvious.Also, and this is the important part... You guys recognized that the cost of repairs was likely much higher than the return I'd receive in continued vehicle use, given the age of the vehicle and likeliness of even more issues sooner rather than later.

Kelly is very attentive

Service codes came up on dash board, called service number and got scheduled for two days later. Service numbers indicated an oil change and tire rotation. Drove in, the staff was waiting And confirmed the numbers and in about an hour it was done and was given a mechanics inspection report and was told to get some minor work done Good customer service
