Mark did an excellent job of listening to my information and concern about my terrible Labor Day experience with Coggin. He spoke with the manager and they reduced my expenses a bit. I will come back to them again for service which I wasn't sure about when I dropped the car off last Wednesday. I'm enjoying my AC working! Thank you!

We met Bob, who did a good job of explaining the new upgrades to the CRV. He let us drive one & we were very pleased with the smooth quiet ride. But, we weren't able to agree on price.
