We brought our van back twice after the steering rack was replaced due to loud popping noises when making turns, traction light coming on repeatedly and steering feeling loose and were told it was fine and we would be charged for “chasing noises” in the future. While driving, the bolt on steering rack broke. We are thankful Eddie Kent, the service director working the next morning resolved the problem and finally got our van fixed.
