The buying process was great. Barry was excellent. He took the time to truly qualify our needs and understand what we were looking for in a vehicle. Even after the sale finished he continued to shows features the vehicle had and make sure we personalized the settings for us before we left the dealership

Upon arrival I was given a time line and that time line was right on. I was texted with the name of the service advisor I could text if I had any questions during that time for up dates. I was escorted to a very clean, spacious comfortable waiting room with tv, free water and free on line hook ups. When my vehicle was ready the service advisor came and got me. I was informed the fee for the service was no cost because was car was under warranty. Not like where I purchase my vehicle from Auto Nation in Sanford. They inforrmed me there no longer was a warranty for scheduled maintenance in the 1st 36 months of ownership. I will continue to use Coggins for all my maintenance whether warranty or otherwise.

Happy with service. The only thing didn't like that you was trying overcharge me. And if it says 10% or 5 % off why you didn't apply in my bill.

Came in for an oil/filter change and brakes, as left front rotor had some small grooves on it. Kelly took me to the tech and he raised my Pilot and showed me a couple small leaks that will need to be addressed in the future. Nothing so bad as to leave any "puddles" on the ground. Slight leaks on the rack and pinion assembly, that was replaced a few years back, and one coming from a hose attached to the block. Great tech as he gave me a walk around underneath and mentioned all was good with the shocks and so forth.

I had a 7:40 appointment. Service opened on time and Seth helped me to get checked in quickly. It was a simple oil change and I was out the door in about 45 minutes.
