I have had a noise occurring since before August 2022. My husband brought it to the dealership in August 2022 and a repair was made. The noise came back but I waited for an oil change in August 2023 to tell the dealership. they said They didn't hear it. My husband brought it back in November 2023 and the service manager heard the sound and ordered the part to fix it. By February 2024 I had not received a call that the part was in to fix it so I called the dealership. They had the part and I scheduled it to be fixed 2/16/24. Seth was very helpful.
