This was the best car buying experience I've ever had.My family is a "Honda Family" and have three other Honda vehicles in the family. We have used Coggin Deland Honda as our "Go-to" for service or maintenance. Aaron Vogel (Service Manager) and Kelly Stover (Service Technician) are two amazing ambassadors of the Honda brand. My oldest daughter, who resides in North Carolina, always times her visits with us with when her car needs service-just to take it to CDH.I was on the hunt for a red 2024 CRV Hybrid Sport Touring and I engaged Mr. Victor Fehrm, the GM for CDH. We had corresponded previously when I purchased a 2023 Pilot.The exact vehicle was in St. Augustine at CDH's sister dealers. Within a matter of 45 mins, I was in negotiations with Mr. Santiago Rojas, Sales Manager at CDH, for the vehicle.Mr. Rojas was exceptional. While the vehicle in St. Augustine was unavailable, he located another in Sarasota and said he would have it delivered to CDH in time to meet my schedule.On the day of delivery, my wife and I were greeted by Mr. Jose Hernandez, Sales Person, who was fantastic. Mr. Hernandez took us around the vehicle, on a test drive, and through the paperwork all the while projecting geniality and honesty.It was such an enjoyable experience, on the way home my wife and I started planning on trading in my youngest daughter's 2016 Honda Civic for another new Honda!
