Made an appointment for 9:15am to have the oil changed and tires rotated. I was greeted nicely by a gentleman sitting at a desk and was told he'd be with me shortly. Waited may be 3 minutes and spoke to Seth Taylor on what needed to be done. I then went into the lounge to wait. I waited a little over an hour, which was shorter than expected. Seth was great. He gave me a $10.00 coupon discount. Knowing he was busy by the numbers of cars in the service area, he still took time to answer all my questions regarding the dashboard indicators, and the features. I didn't know what all the features did because I never bothered to find out. I just want the engine to start, and happy I have a radio which my Honda before this purchase, a 2001 Honda CRV, didn't have. Seth was great. I give him a 10, AA++ rating

Had recommended service done, and very please with the service and customer service. I was able to keep track of the status of the work, and promptly notified when my Ridgeline was ready to pick up.
