I came in for an oil change and was told there was a recall on the battery terminal, was told it was free but with oil change and inspection issues would be 2.5 hours.

When I returned with my wife, Charles was with another client, so we did the signing of the lease with Sam. Charles was later free to explain the features of the car, and he took his time to walk us through the many features. Charles was knowledgeable and very patient in answering my questions. Always good. Only complaint is that you always upcharge for the synthetic oil -- your coupon is misleading -- I've come to expect it, but I sure don't appreciate it. You know going in that you're going to charge an additional $10. I do not respect that in a business.
