After a little negotiating, I was satisfied with the outcome especially since other dealers wanted me to pay sticker price. Good job Coggin Honda of Deland.

I came in for an oil change and was told there was a recall on the battery terminal, was told it was free but with oil change and inspection issues would be 2.5 hours.

I first went to the dealership to discuss options to lease a car and spoke to Charles Bateman. When I returned with my wife, Charles was with another client, so we did the signing of the lease with Sam. Charles was later free to explain the features of the car, and he took his time to walk us through the many features. Charles was knowledgeable and very patient in answering my questions. Always good. Only complaint is that you always upcharge for the synthetic oil -- your coupon is misleading -- I've come to expect it, but I sure don't appreciate it. You know going in that you're going to charge an additional $10. I do not respect that in a business.

Went to this location to look into an online ad I saw for a used vehicle in my very limited price range, and boy did Coggin Honda deliver. The vehicle I was searching for was not currently on the lot, so the salesman Charles showed me some vehicles within the same price range. After picking one I liked, Charles looked after me and really plead my case to his wonderful management team, who then approved the sale at a generous discount. I’m very grateful to the whole team for taking care of me and putting me into a vehicle that was much better than the one I had originally gone there to see.
