Made an appointment on the fly and was there within 5 minutes. Checked in, told them we were going on a trip. Would they check the car out. 1.25 hours later, they had me out of there. Just need the results sent to my email so I can print them out.

In and out in a timely manner. Service people are very nice.

Came in for warranty service. Was surprised to hear that they could assess my CR-V to determine if a second warranty service would be needed. If yes, the parts would be ordered for a subsequent visit to do the actual repair. This could possibly add an additional 30 minutes to my visit. I gave my approval and was told that the entire visit could be an hour and a half to two hours. I had an 8am appointment and at 9:10am I heard my name being called as the entire service had been completed. I was surprised but also quite pleased. Very much enjoyed working with Kelly Stover the Service Adviser.
