Routine maintenance that included oil change, tire rotation, brake fluid replacement and alignment. My adviser, Kelly Stover was great, as usual, keeping me informed of all necessary work and getting my approval for work in advance. The work was completed quickly, and I was informed as soon as my vehicle was available for pick up.

My service writer is Kelly and I can honestly say that she is the absolute best. I had a rattling noise coming from the inside of my car . She was able to diagnose where it was coming from and told me that she would order the correct part to fix the problem and that it would be there the following day which it was. The problem has been solved thanks to her.

It’s a haul for me to go to Deland for service, but well worth the drive, considering the alternative of going to the dealership in Daytona. The service I receive there has always been exceptional, diagnosis has always been accurate. Going to a dealership is always going to be a little more expensive, but it’s either that or take a chance on a more expensive mishap or incorrect repair with substandard parts. The service writer Jerry and manager, Aaron will make recommendations on their findings, gauging which are critical and which can be put off till another day. They leave the decision to us, depending on the safety the repair will impact. As in most business transactions, it’s all about the people, and they’ve proven to me that my trust is well founded.
