Was worried a little while because the part I needed was on backorder and no actual date of coming back into stock. My service agent Mark was wonderful and worked hard along with the rest of the staff in the parts dept and found what I needed to fix my car. I was so happy and thanked everybody. I told Mark you have restored my faith in Honda again. He is a great service agent so polite, helpful and answers all my questions and never rushes me along.
