Jerry was great, he took care of my problem and had my car inspected right away so that my tire was fixed and I had some time before I had to go to work. I would not have been able to get to work if my tire hadn’t gotten fixed. I was glad I was able to go online the night prior and make an appointment for early in the morning before I had to go to work although I have shown up in the past with an emergency and the dealership always takes care of me

Jerry explained everything to me so I understood what was needed and communicated with me about my vehicle's progress in getting fixed. It was greatly appreciated!!!
