Mark is the associate who usually handles my service appointments and he always takes good care of everything. He’s very efficient and when time is an issue for me, he helps me get going as soon as possible.

The personnel (Kelly) who helped me at the coggin honda service was very helpful and even the one who came before her to assist with taking down the information and her other coworker in front of her were all kind and helpful at assisting me. One of the mechanics, i forgot his name was able to open the hood and i was even able to see with my own eyes the issue that I needed fixed after the oil change was completed. And I really appreciated him for doing that as well (not often you get to see the hood of your car and the actual issue)

Service was quick ,waiting area is very clean and Kelly Stover has a way of making you feel like You are the only one there even on a very busy Saturday. The service dept and the people who work there is what keeps me returning and why I have brought my last two cars at Coggin's and why my next one will be with Coggin's.

My experience was great. Everyone that works there is very friendly and willing to help if needed. Kelly is awesome! She is my go to person that I schedule my appointments with. She provides great customer service and is very genuine. Thank you Kelly and team! :)
