Excellent service

Kept well informed as to progress and decisions that needed to be made.

Car was taken right in. Was notified by Kelly immediately about any concerns.

They were efficient and professional

Car towed to dealer. Was unable to climb into tow truck. Am handicapped. Service Mgr. Aarranged for a cust service rep to come to side of road to pick me up. Car was diagnosed but needed a part so service Mgr gave me ride to my hotel that night. Came back to dealership to wait for repair. Another service rep. heated up some food for me as I'd been waiting over 3 hrs for repair. Everyone went above and beyond to take care of me.

The service is as always excellent. Especially Kelly Stover.They have been very cooperative trying to solve the tire issues on my car.It appears the issues are generic on the Hankook tires and the problems have reappeared.I will go back to the dealer tomorrow to attempt to resolve the issue. Again, the issue is the tire manufacturer. They have had the same problem before.

Servicing a vehicle is not what I’d like to spend my time doing, but you have do what you have to do.So Since purchasing our Ridgeline we have only serviced it at Coggin and have found working with Kelly has been a truly wonderful experience. She is the reason we won’t take the Ridgeline anywhere else to service. Kelly makes it easy for us to go thru the process. Honda got lucky with such a great team member as Kelly.
