I have been around the multiple Honda dealerships in Florida but the DeLand location tops the chart! The service was spectacular but not only that, I was made to feel comfortable and like I had a say. So often I feel like people are made to feel like idiots at car dealerships but the DeLand Honda made me feel autonomy with my car, I was explained everything in a way where I didn’t feel forced or pressured to say yes to a service I didn’t need. Great great people here!

I had an appointment for an oil change, but also had a recall. They took care of both and got me a ride to and from home. Service rep and transport guy were so courteous and helpful.

Did a recall service on a 2020 Odyssey. I guess everything went well but they left several cargo tie downs disconnected and a couple of interior plastic covers were not aligned properly that I had to readjust.

Jerry is definitely an asset to the company he is knowledgeable and precise on his recommendations.
