As it has been over the past few years my experience at Coggins service dept was excellent. I had made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. After multi point inspection my service advisor Kelly Stover advised that my tires needed to replaced as thread was pretty worn. She priced out replacement and set up appt to have them replaced. When I returned on Monday the advisor Jerry had all my paperwork ready and immediately took my vehicle to get the work started. The entire service team is easy to work with and over the past 4+ years I haven't had any issues in dealing with them.

Pleasant experince. Kelly was the service advisor and she is very attentive and keeps you informed of progress.My only complaint has to do with the inability to schedule online appointments. I have tried in the past and each time it fails to book an apppontment. I receuved an email to remind me to book an oil change, so I went to the link provided on the email, selected a time and booked it. It said confirmed, but it never took. Then I was suspicious since I didnt get a reminder the day beofre, so I called the service desk and of course, my apppontmemt was not there, so I lost that time slot and had to go later in the day. At least there were openings that day. Other times I had to wait until the next week! Very frustrating to have applications available that do not work. Remove the app until your IT dept fully tests the app.

It’s always a pleasure coming here to service my HRV. I’ve had Mark a couple different times and he is always pleasant from the minute you get in to when you leave.
