Kelly was fantastic. She knows how to give good customer service. Came home and told neighbors about the service and they know her too. I will only make an appointment with her in the future. Would have given a 5 but when we turned on the air conditioner, it made a terrible noise. The filter had been changed but for some reason the tech did not get out any "clogging" stuff. A minor problem fixed and it had nothing to do with Kelly. But for the $3,400 we spent on the repairs, that could have been checked.
