I arrived for an oil change and tire rotation. Jerry was my service advisor and unfortunately, the oil change package I purchased was thru another dealership that I do not want to deal with anymore. Jerry was able to give me a discount on the oil change and rotation which, while not ideal, was not the fault of Coggin Honda.

My oldest son and I went together to look for a new/used car for me. We were greeted by Alan Ragunt as were looking around outside. He got us water and we looked at cars and told him what we were looking for and the terms I wanted. He went outside and brought back a new car that matched my criteria. Then we sat down with him and began to discuss the details of the financial aspects of the purchase. Both my son and I commented to each other that we did not feel stressed or pressured throughout the day, which was unusual to us considering I was making such a large purchase. Alan made the day fun and interesting.
