As a Honda owner for over 30 years, I came in to take a look at a pre-owned Ridgeline. I was only planning to look because while this dealership has the best and only service department I use for all my hondas, their sales department was always lacking. Lucky for them and me, I got connected with a rockstar salesman, Charles Bateman. Charles was very knowledgeable and took the time to address my questions. He navigated the “roadblocks” that came between me and actually purchasing this vehicle with skill and ease. The final result, thanks to Charles, I drove away in my Ridgeline a satisfied customer.
