Thankfully, a lot of preparation was made thru email contact w/ Allan prior to our visit from Gainesville FL. However, our wait time and visit at the dealership was longer than we had hope for. But it became apparent that Alan is very busy for a good reason and he gave us his best effort to serve us well. When the sell was set in place he work in tandem satisfying us & another customer at the same time. He was not pushing the sell but rather informing us with the facts. He also knew how to prepare us prior to driving the vehicle off the lot- and on our way.
